Instead of waiting for 'free time', set aside 15 fixed minutes each day for an important activity that you always say 'there's no time' for, understanding that time is created by decisions and not found.

At the beginning of each week, intentionally allocate time for the things that truly matter, before it gets filled with urgent or incidental matters.

Every time the thought 'I don't have time' arises, consciously pause and replace the sentence with 'I choose to allocate my time to...' as an acknowledgment of personal responsibility for time management.
