The next time you encounter difficulty – instead of saying 'Why is this happening to me?', try saying: 'What can I learn from this?'. Write down one insight that this difficulty creates.

Choose one thing that is regularly difficult for you – a task, a conversation, an area – and do it this week with love. Slowly, with breath, and from a place of choice.

At the end of each day, write down: What was difficult for me today – and what did I still manage to do. Even a small step in the face of difficulty is a great victory.
