When someone brings up a problem in conversation, instead of joining in the complaints, gently ask: 'What do you think could be a possible solution?' and encourage solution-focused thinking.

Once a week, choose something small that bothers you in your environment (classroom, home, workplace) and think of a small, practical solution.
