Create a 'Personal Repair Tradition' - choose one small problem each week in your environment (at home, at work, in the community) that needs fixing, and fix it yourself instead of waiting for someone else to do it.

Practice 'Turning Complaint into Action' - whenever you find yourself complaining about a certain situation, ask yourself 'What can I do to improve this?' instead of continuing to complain and expecting others to solve the problem.
