Adopt 'meeting the different' - a conscious choice, at least once a week, to have a conversation or meeting with someone who is different from you in opinions, background, or lifestyle, out of respect and genuine listening.

Create 'an act of support for the weak' - identify one person each week who is in a weaker position in your environment (socially, economically, or otherwise), and extend a helping hand in a way that respects their dignity.

Practice 'unconditional love' - when you feel disagreement or difficulty with another person, take a moment to ask the question 'how would I want to be treated in a similar situation?', and act from that perspective of unconditional love.
