Every day, look for an additional good quality in someone or in a situation you encounter - beyond what you see at first. Remind yourself "a little more good" and discover that there is more than you thought.

When someone shares good news or something that makes them happy, get more excited with them than you usually would. Say "a little more joy and we’ll go crazy!" and spread your enthusiasm.

Every evening, write down three good things that happened that day. Not enough for you? Look for one more. Train yourself to see that there is an incredible amount of good in your life.
